A helping hand, with international counselling

We all have times in life when we could use a helping hand. Perhaps you are facing a time of grieving, burnout, or have recently walked through a particularly hard event or time. Counselling is an opportunity to move through difficult times with caring company, supporting you to understand, process, and heal, as you move toward your next chapter with greater freedom.

Areas of practice

  • Living in a new country holds many unique growth and pain-points. For example, cultural adaptation, team tensions, ethical dilemmas and readjusting upon returning to one's passport country. This may be accompanied by such struggles as, loneliness, loss, alienation, moral injury, and burnout. I hope to come alongside you, to support and strengthen you, as you discover the path ahead.

  • Distressing experiences can leave us with memories that return to us unwanted. These experiences may be a frightening event(s), or relational injuries. As a result we may find ourselves facing a painful combination of numbness, fear, shame, lost sense of meaning, relationship struggles, and grief. I endeavour to walk this journey with you, staying the course and steadying you, as you restore and grow.
